Before joining the MW Brady Law team as a probate attorney, Victoria Worley practiced complex commercial litigation at a firm in downtown Chicago. There she advocated for clients at the State level and in the U.S. Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
In law school, Victoria volunteered at Ascend Justice, a program in connection with the DePaul University Domestic Violence Practicum, that allowed law students to assist pro se individuals seeking Emergency Orders of Protection in Cook County’s Domestic Violence Court. Victoria was also a clinical student at DePaul University’s Asylum & Immigration Clinic where she assisted clients on the path to obtaining citizenship status.
Outside of law, Victoria enjoys painting, gardening, and occasionally disc golfing.
